Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your mail accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a new mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one email account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email account you wish to forward email messages from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
